AutoDrop ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") is an online marketplace operated by AutoDrop (Private) Limited, a company incorporated under the laws of Zimbabwe. The Platform provides a venue where private individuals ("Sellers") can list motor vehicles for sale and where other individuals ("Buyers") can browse and contact Sellers directly.
AutoDrop is a classified advertisement platform only. We are not a vehicle dealer, agent, broker, auctioneer, or financial intermediary. We do not buy, sell, own, inspect, certify, finance, or insure any vehicle listed on the Platform.
By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the Platform in any way, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use AutoDrop. By using the Platform you confirm that you are 18 or older. AutoDrop reserves the right to terminate access for any User found to be under 18.
AutoDrop operates solely as a neutral advertising platform. We provide a technical service that enables Users to post and view vehicle listings. We are not a party to any transaction between Buyers and Sellers. All transactions are conducted entirely between the relevant Buyer and Seller without any involvement, oversight, guarantee, or warranty from AutoDrop.
AutoDrop does not:
Users acknowledge that AutoDrop has no control over the conduct of any Buyer or Seller and makes no representations whatsoever regarding the quality, safety, legality, or any other aspect of any vehicle listed on the Platform.

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY ZIMBABWEAN LAW, AUTODROP EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
AutoDrop does not warrant or represent that:
AutoDrop makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or lawful for use in any jurisdiction outside of Zimbabwe.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTODROP AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: LOSS OF MONEY, LOSS OF A VEHICLE, FRAUD, MISREPRESENTATION BY A THIRD PARTY, OR ANY TRANSACTION-RELATED LOSS — REGARDLESS OF WHETHER AUTODROP HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Without limiting the above, AutoDrop shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, AutoDrop's total aggregate liability to any User for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by that User to AutoDrop in the six months preceding the claim, or USD $10.00, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoDrop (Pvt) Ltd, its parent company, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way related to:
This indemnification obligation will survive termination of your use of the Platform.
While AutoDrop moderates listings and reserves the right to remove suspicious content, we cannot guarantee that every listing is genuine. Users transact entirely at their own risk. Always conduct an in-person inspection before paying any money.
AutoDrop reserves the right — but is not obligated — to remove any Listing that is reported as or suspected to be fraudulent. The removal of a Listing does not constitute an admission of liability on the part of AutoDrop nor does it guarantee that fraud has or has not occurred.
Always meet in a public place. Never pay a deposit before seeing the car in person. Verify the vehicle registration documents match the seller's ID. Run a police clearance check before purchase. Never send money via EcoCash or transfer before physically confirming the vehicle exists.
If a User suspects fraud, they are advised to report the matter directly to the Zimbabwe Republic Police. AutoDrop may cooperate with law enforcement investigations but is not a law enforcement body and cannot compel Users to comply with any direction.
AutoDrop accepts no liability for financial losses suffered as a result of fraudulent listings, impersonation, or any criminal activity carried out by third parties who have used the Platform.
The AutoDrop name, logo, website design, software, and all associated branding are the intellectual property of AutoDrop (Pvt) Ltd and are protected under Zimbabwean intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or use any of our branding without prior written consent.
By submitting a Listing, you grant AutoDrop a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce, and distribute the content of your Listing (including photographs) on the Platform and in AutoDrop marketing materials. You confirm that you own or have the right to grant this licence for all content you submit.
AutoDrop collects and processes personal data submitted by Users solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. This includes contact details provided in Listings, which are visible to other Users for the purpose of facilitating direct contact between Buyers and Sellers.
By submitting a Listing, you consent to your contact details (name and phone number) being visible to the public on the Platform. Do not submit personal information you do not wish to be publicly visible.
AutoDrop will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities where required by Zimbabwean law.
Contact information entered in a listing (name, phone number, email) is visible to all visitors of the Platform. AutoDrop is not responsible for any unsolicited contact, spam, or misuse of contact details by third parties who view your listing.
AutoDrop reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or conduct that AutoDrop deems harmful to other Users or to the Platform.
Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. AutoDrop may at its discretion remove your Listings and any associated data. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to termination.
You may cease using the Platform at any time. Removal of your Listing can be requested by contacting AutoDrop directly.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Zimbabwe. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zimbabwe.
In the event of a dispute between AutoDrop and a User, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before commencing any legal proceedings. Notice of a dispute must be sent in writing to AutoDrop's registered address or email address.
AutoDrop is not responsible for resolving disputes between Buyers and Sellers. Any such disputes are entirely the responsibility of the parties involved.
AutoDrop reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases we may provide additional notice such as a banner on the Platform.
Your continued use of the Platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform.
